In this conversation, Shumi Bose, editor-in-chief of Koozarch, talks to Paulo Moreira, director of the Arquiteturas Film Festival of Porto, Sílvia Leiria Viegas, architect and member of pre-selection committee, and Fabrizio Gallanti, member of the AFF Awards jury and director of this year's guest institution, arc en rêve. Expanding on the word “border” and exploring the growing importance of video in understanding urban and architectural spaces and their political, social and economic corollaries, this article clarifies the theme of the festival. It highlights the films screened there, as well as the critical community convened during the few days devoted to these local and international crucial concerns.
